My journey is defined by a fusion of profound technical expertise, honed through hands-on Digital transformation project management and collaborative ventures with industry luminaries including CTOs and Tech Leads. At the heart of everything I do are unwavering values — integrity, trust, and transparency.

During my tenure at BigCommerce from January 2021 to November 2023, I spearheaded the establishment of the Italian market, serving as the inaugural Sales team member. From the ground up, I orchestrated the growth of the team from 1 to 13 members in under two years. Collaborating with key eCommerce Agencies and technologies in Italy, we secured partnerships with industry giants such as Trony, UnipolSal, Giochi Preziosi, and many more.

Prior to this, I contributed my expertise to Salesforce at the Dublin HQ from 2018 to 2021. My role involved navigating new and emerging markets in South Africa, Central Europe, and the Middle East through innovative Indirect channels. Subsequently, I led the recruitment and management of System Integrators and Agencies in Italy.

In 2017, my journey led me to Heineken International's Global Commerce Innovation team. Here, as a Project Manager, I played a pivotal role in the development of the first International Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce platform. This experience deepened my technical and development skills across various platforms, including Magento and Demandware.
